Fixtures: Standardized rack components

XPace planogramming includes any relevant and common rack components, fixtures, and displays. XPace planograms cover racks and rack segments, displays, palette placements and any kind of shop or point-of-sale. Furthermore, the XPace fixture library accepts the installation of customized fixtures and displays.

Due to its fixture library, XPace creates planograms from highly realistic uprights, base panels, shelves, baskets, pegboards, and hooks. In addition, palettes, cardboard boxes, cut-cases, environmental elements such as walls, backgrounds, and floor elements are ready to be used in point-of-sale design.

Fixtures and Displays with Realistic Appearance and Behavior

The fixtures not only show realistic appearance but implement the appropriate and realistic behavior:

  • Shelves move up and down respecting the vertical grid positions in the lateral uprights, so shelves always occupy correct positions.
  • Pegboard hooks move horizontally and vertically while observing the pegboard’s grid.
  • Hooks on traverse bars move along the bar rail.
  • Dividers in baskets follow the horizontal grid restrictions of their basket.
  • Rack segments may merge, building any required rack size and composition, while dropping redundant uprights in gaps.

Rack parts: fixtures and displays in planogram

XPace fixtures implement practice-oriented merchandising rules for positioning and arranging products:

  • Shelves and palettes contain a merchandising space for laying or stacked products. In placements, the products may move around and rotate in the merchandising space’s base plane.
  • Hanging products respect their hook suspension and the pegboard’s grid. The effective hook length applies for correct hook filling, respecting pack units.
  • Products in baskets and orderless displays build positioned volumes, where the effective item count number is individually defined.

Rack Templates

Save prepared racks and shops as templates. Then, for new planograms, use these predefined and saved templates as a convenient starting point; afterwards you may customize your planograms and templates at any time.

Fixture Report

XPace planograms manage all fixtures used in the planogram’ parts list. While the parts list is one fundamental component of each planogram it is always kept up-to date; it can be printed and exported as a formatted report.
